NSO Of The Israel Used Malicious
Software Used Against Journalist
Amnesty said
Moroccan authorities have installed spyware into the mobile phone of a Moroccan
journalist Omar Radi using NSO's Pegasus program.
Absolution
International said Monday that product created by Israeli security firm NSO
Group was utilized to assault a Moroccan columnist, the most recent in a
progression of claims against the organization.
The
Israeli firm revealed to AFP that it was "profoundly upset by the
claims" and was inspecting the data.
Pardon
said the Moroccan specialists utilized NSO's Pegasus programming to embed
spyware onto the cellphone of Omar Radi, a columnist sentenced in March over an

Pegasus

"The

The
Israeli firm said it couldn't remark on "any relationship NSO Group may

The trial is pending and Amnesty said on Monday that he awaited a "fast" verdict.
NSO
is being sued in the United States by informing administration WhatsApp over
claimed digital secret activities on human rights activists, and others.
The
Israeli firm says it just licenses its product to governments for
"battling wrongdoing and dread" and that it researches valid claims
of abuse.
