TikTok didn't promptly react to a Reuters solicitation to determine the video cut that it eliminated. Facebook didn't promptly react to a solicitation for input. TikTok, whose China-based proprietor ByteDance has been requested by President Donald Trump to sell its US activities, has been scrutinized for its substance control strategy before, particularly on the dissemination of real substance.
