Amazon Issued Legal Letter To Future Group Due To Reliance Contract
In August, Reliance said it
will buy the distribution, wholesale, logistics, and warehousing enterprise of
the Future.
Amazon
said on Wednesday it has sent a legitimate notification to an advertiser of
Future Group, claiming the Indian retailer penetrated the provisions of its
agreement by marking an arrangement with Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries.
The online retail monster a year ago obtained a 49 percent stake in Future
Coupons, the advertiser element which claims a 7.3 percent enthusiasm for Future
Retail, the administrator of in excess of 1,500 stores in India including
staple chain Big Bazaar.
Amazon's
interest in Future Group accompanied legally binding rights that incorporate a
privilege of first refusal and a non-content like agreement, a source revealed
to ET Now, which originally announced the news.

Amazon, Reliance, and

Reliance said in August it
