Said to Consider $1.9-Billion Offer for 70 Percent Indian Affiliate Stake 

Shared office space supervisor WeWork is investigating an arrangement to assume larger part responsibility for its offshoot WeWork India in front of the New York-based organization's arrangements to open up to the world, Bloomberg provided details regarding Thursday, refering to individuals acquainted with the issue.

WeWork India is a franchisee constrained by land mogul Jitu Virwani and his child Karan Virwani. They control Bengaluru-based designer Embassy Group, while Karan Virwani is the CEO of WeWork India. 

WeWork proprietor The We Company petitioned for a first sale of stock in the United States in April. 

WeWork did not promptly react to a solicitation for input on the issue.
